Ken Urker dies at 33 in Louisiana
Ken Urker, the fiancé of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, has died at 33. He was found unresponsive at a home in Louisiana on his birthday.
Gypsy Rose texted him “happy birthday” and did not get a response, and a family member later found him in the home. The Lafourche Sheriff’s Office said it was notified at 6:15 p.m. CDT and responded to the scene.
An official cause of death has not been released. The death investigation is ongoing, and it is not clear from the available details what happened in the hours before he was found.
Urker and Blanchard share a daughter, Aurora Raina, who was born in December 2024. The two met as prison pen pals in 2017, became engaged in 2018, later split, and rekindled their relationship after Blanchard’s breakup with Ryan Anderson.
