Germany beats Serbia 2-0 in the Nations League

Germany beat Serbia 2-0 in Munich in the Nations League, giving Jurgen Klopp his first win as Germany manager at the third attempt.
Tom Bischof opened the scoring after Florian Wirtz hit the post, and Wirtz added the second with a sharp finish in the box.
The match came during a busy internationals period for Germany, with Klopp naming a 44-man squad and changing over most of his players after the previous game.
Celtic midfielder Mika Baur also made a small piece of history, becoming the 1,000th player to appear for the Germany men’s national team when he came on as a substitute.
