Cam Little’s 57-yard kick lifts Jaguars past Eagles

Cam Little’s 57-yard field goal with one second remaining gave the Jacksonville Jaguars a 19-17 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. The Jaguars improved to 4-1.

Jacksonville had taken the lead when Trevor Lawrence found Parker Washington on fourth down with 3:20 left in the game.

The Eagles answered with a field goal by Jake Elliott, moving ahead 17-16 with eight seconds left.

Philadelphia kicked off, and Ameer Abdullah returned the ball 53 yards before being tackled with one second on the clock. The return gave the Jaguars a chance to win.

Little’s attempt came after a high snap from DaVon Hamilton. Punter Logan Cooke brought the ball down, and Little sent it through from 57 yards.

The kick capped a late swing in a game where Jacksonville had looked close to falling to 3-2. Instead, the Jaguars held on for their fourth win of the season.

Abdullah’s final return was his third of the game. His 53-yard runback set up the decisive kick and helped Jacksonville maintain its lead in the AFC South.
